Back Office Solution.

A customer came to us with the following problem. They love the TTU-3 and wanted to install it in at their front counter. During the day, this worked well. They were able to have a person at the front window. However, they were a small business and wanted to be able to communicate to customers at the window at off hours, when no one was manning the window.

We created a system that provides an additional back office unit that can be used when there is no attendant at the front counter. It comes with two units. We provide the standard TTU-3 unit for normal hours, and an additional back office wireless unit when the front counter is not attended. Only one inside unit can be used at a time.

After working with the first customer to meet their needs, we found other customers wanted it too. We were able to package it for others as the TTU-302-WX.
